As a young boy, he used to yodel and play the guitar with the Gwndwn party, which is the name of his father and mother's party. GREAT SNOWSTORM FEBRUARY 1982 A number of people had to spend the night in Gwrach Ynys because of the drifts on the Morfa Harlech road, on Friday night, 8 January, 1982.
